We are currently looking for dedicated professionals to fill the position Home Health Aide on our home care team, for come & go, and Live-in position.

Areas we cover:

CHICAGOLAND AREA

Monday to Saturday

Home Health Aide (Caregiver) Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience as an HHA/Caregiver.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Essential Functions:

• Be responsible for basic care services such as bathing, grooming and feeding, assisting clients with medical equipment, and medication reminders.
• Providing vital information on clients through Clear Care.
• Assist clients in activities of daily living
• Document care provided
• Provide care and compassion to foster the client’s physical and emotional well-being
